I can't stop watching it sizzling🔥 Ingredients: 1 cup (250ml) oil 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped 1/4 cup chilli flakes 2 Tbsp sesame seeds 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt Method: 1.
