Is anybody else having issues with the Asus ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI motherboard taking very long to boot? It does this every time: shows a Q-Code of 15, lights up the DRAM Q-LED, and waits for 40-50 seconds with the fans at max speed before continuing with the boot. More info in comments.
