This is a body cam video arrest of 66 year old Debra Newton out of Florida. She was arrested for kidnapping her child in 1983 to avoid the dad seeing her. Michelle Marie Newton who is now 45 years old, had to be told she was leading a false and reunited with her dad who had been searching for her.
