It's funny because I have always wondered why I struggled in precious jobs. I would have a lot of sick days and skip from one job to the next. When I had my autism assessment I was forced to look back at this and now it's quite obvious some of the issues I had there and it quite often came back to ' not being a team player'. By this, I think many managers are looking for staff who say yes and just agree. This is a shame as autistic people can be fantastic members of the team. Yes, they do questi
