Earlier this month, Station 28 was dispatched to a cardiac arrest at Lowe's Home Improvement. Upon arrival, they witnessed two Lowe’s team members performing CPR on a patient who had gone into cardiac arrest while shopping. The arrest was not witnessed, but team members performed a rapid assessment, initiated chest compressions, correctly applied and used an AED.
