Deputies rescued two dogs that were trapped in a canal in Fresno County, California. Footage released by the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office shows two deputies using ropes to pull the dogs from the Friant-Kern Canal after receiving a call from a citizen. One deputy entered the water and used the ropes held by the other deputy to pull the dogs up to shore, the sheriff’s office said.
