Replying to @Chelsea personally I really find her workout program super beneficial because whether you’re at the gym and it’s a busy day and certain equipment isn’t available then you can switch out your workouts based on the options that she gives you and vice versa so if you’re at home and you don’t have certain equipment available, you can do the same and switch those out for barbell or dumbbell workouts! 😆😆😆 @@Ladder | Fitness App@@Kelly Matthews
