We got great feedback on it, and were 2nd in Judges Award, 3rd in People's Choice and 2nd in Decoration. Not bad for our first time. We were beaten in People's Choice by a smoked brisket and pulled pork verde chili, not bad.

I’ll make the chili Thursday so it can meld overnight. That will leave the rhubarb pie and cast iron cornbread to bake on Friday morning. Yea! I love my smoker!
