
OakmontLinks Golf season is finally arriving, and it should be an exciting year at Oakmont Country Club. Our fully restored “world class” golf course will be ready to chal-lenge each of us. Phase I of the Clubhouse renovation will be completed by opening day, and we have the excitement of preparing for the 2007 U.S. Open Championship.
Golf privileges for Oakmont Members have been arranged with Fox Chapel Golf Club for play dates. All such arrangements should be made through the Oakmont Golf Shop prior to playing there. PGA Junior League Golf Oakmont is joining the fastest growing junior golf program this year. PGA Junior League Golf is designed to better socialize the game for boys and girls, ages 13 and under. Featuring team vs. team competitions in structured leagues, kids can enjoy a less stressful scramble format as opposed to stroke-play competition.
