Attaching a picture of current battery to my post… I think I’ve read that there are AGM or liquid lead based batteries. What exact battery should I get here?

Everything was going great until I noticed an extra small wire in a plastic casing attached to the positive side of the battery but separate from the terminal connector. Dec 7, 2009 · The Audi battery, like all car batteries, is a 12 volt unit with a positive and negative terminal. Any mechanic worth his salt would be able to test and replace this unit. If you took the car to Walmart (not recommemded) a semi-skilled person would change it.

Aug 11, 2009 · The problem with just jump-starting a dead battery is modern alternators are sometimes overworked trying to charge the dead battery and power the car at the same time…A tiny trickle charger is not the answer here. You need something that will put out 6-8 amps. Then charge up the dead battery for 8 to 10 hours before you start the car.

Believe the terminal being cone shaped is making it to slip upwards easily. I tightened it but now I am scared to check the tightness!
