New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn is already impressed with what Justin Fields is doing in the early part of the offseason programs.

“You can tell he’s a great guy,” Tippmann said. “Great quarterback. Great leader.” And Tippmann said the Jets are getting to know Fields outside of football. The second-year player said Fields has already been on multiple post-practice excursions to a golf simulator.
