Telega was pronounced dead at a hospital at 2:26 a.m. It was the first reported homicide in the city this year. The defendants were arraigned Wednesday in State District Court.

The man was not injured. The shooting victim, Cody Telega, 37, of Duluth was found in the common entry doorway of the building with “numerous apparent gunshot wounds.” He died from his injuries.
