Sheriff Patrick Withrow from the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that no suspect has been taken into custody in the investigation of the mass shooting that occurred on Saturday evening.

An additional 11 people were injured when at least one suspect opened fire at a birthday party in Stockton Saturday night. The shooter is still on the loose.

It is now confirmed that a total of 15 individuals sustained gunshot wounds during the incident. Four victims have been confirmed deceased. The ages of the deceased are 8, 9, 14, and 21 years old. The injured included a 9, 12 and 15-year-old and go up to age 22.
