Family and friends remember victims of the collision between American Eagle Flight 5342 and an Army helicopter near Reagan National Airport.

The National Transportation Safety Administration says the Army Black Hawk helicopter that collided with an American Airlines jet over the Potomac River last Wednesday was flying at about 300 feet at the time of the collision,

Investigators revealed that the U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter that collided with American Airlines Flight 5342 was flying about 100 feet higher than it should have been, and also stated the helicopter crew was warned about the incoming jet two times.
