MLB rumors suggest the Los Angeles Dodgers are open to trading for Nolan Arenado as trade talks with the St. Louis Cardinals heat up again, raising expectations for a major roster move.

According to MLB insider John Denton, the two sides have continued conversations surrounding an Arenado trade, and one player that the Cardinals have discussed as a potential return in any deal is Red Sox prospect Blaze Jordan.

The Boston Red Sox still need another right-handed bat in the lineup, and could potentially fill that void with a trade for St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado.
