The Republican senator locked eyes with NBC News' Ryan Nobles for quite a long time when questioned about her yes vote on the "big, beautiful bill."

The GOP senator knew the legislation would hurt her constituents and had a chance to tank the whole thing, but she voted to pass it anyway.

Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska on Tuesday supplied the deciding vote for Senate Republicans to pass Trump’s signature budget bill. After doing so, she registered concerns about the disastrous piece of legislation, even while defending her vote.
