WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff shared when he found out about the death of friend and wrestling icon Hulk Hogan.

Following the death of legendary professional wrestler Hulk Hogan — whose real name is Terry Bollea — Thursday morning, WWE Shop has released a “Hulk Hogan Legacy Collection“, with net proceeds from the merchandise going to Hogan’s family.

Social media users claimed the wrestling icon's death on July 24, 2025, occurred exactly a decade after WWE terminated his contract.

Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan died on Thursday at the age of 71. Perhaps the most well-known and recognizable wrestler in the history of the industry, he was a major catalyst in the growth of the World Wrestling Federation throughout the 1980s.

Hulk Hogan had completed over 20 hours of interviews for a Netflix documentary about him prior to his death at the age of 71 earlier this week.
