Jimmy Butler is probably the only player with enough offensive talent and the leadership skills necessary to keep the Golden State Warriors' championship hopes alive, as the team travels to Minnesota for an elimination game on Wednesday night,

In nearly 1,000 possessions prior to the playoffs, Golden State had a plus-12.8 net rating when Butler was on the floor without Curry. In those same non-Curry minutes, Butler averaged 24.9 points and 7.6 assists per 75 possessions, with a 63.7 true shooting percentage.

The Golden State Warriors will go to battle on Wednesday night in Game 5 without the services of Stephen Curry, who hasn’t quite recovered from the hamstring injury that he sustained in Game 1 of their second-round matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
