Erin Patterson, a woman based in Australia, has been convicted with the murder of her estranged husband’s sister and parents after serving them a dish with poisonous mushrooms.

Patterson, 50, was charged with murdering three relatives of her estranged husband by serving a beef Wellington laced with toxic mushrooms over lunch in 2023.
