[XING YI / China Daily] Around 1,600 local residents gathered in Worcester, England on February 2 to celebrate the Chinese New Year, which is also known as the Spring Festival.

Xing Qiu, which means "star autumn", and Yi Lan, meaning "idly blissful", were respectively housed at China's Chengdu and Ya'an panda bases before their journey to Adelaide.
