An agreement with the government of Nicolás Maduro will allow the possible deportation of hundreds of thousands back to the authoritarian socialist regime many have fled.

Venezuela has apparently agreed to take back illegal immigrants deported from the United States, including members of the violent gang Tren de Aragua.

The United States wants Ukraine to hold elections later this year if an agreement is reached with Russia, Reuters reports. The United States, according to the Reuters agency, is advocating for elections in Ukraine if Kyiv reaches an agreement with Russia regarding a ceasefire.
