A new monument honoring some of the Army’s finest paratroopers, nicknamed the sky soldiers, is now sitting at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with a shooting at Columbia Mall in early April.
