Sacramento Kings guard Zach LaVine and New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson have been named the NBA Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for Week 19 of the 2024-25 season.

Don’t look now, but Zach LaVine and the Kings appear to have hit their stride. Sacramento won its fourth consecutive game with a resounding 122-98 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night at American Airlines Center.

On Monday, the NBA announced that LaVine has been named the Western Conference Player of the Week. New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week, but NBA fans had some mixed feelings over the LaVine announcement especially.
