Domantas Sabonis bursts into laughter as a fan’s hilarious hamstring offer steals the show during the Kings' win over the Mavericks.
“Sacramento Kings forward-center Domantas Sabonis underwent an MRI today. The MRI confirmed that Sabonis suffered a grade 1 left hamstring strain after exiting the game during the first quarter against the Houston Rockets on Saturday, March 1. Sabonis will be listed as out and an update will be provided in (1) week.”
The Dallas Mavericks part ways with a $175 million player in a blockbuster offseason trade with the Sacramento Kings.
Sabonis has been doing a lot of the heavy lifting for the Kings since their trade of De'Aaron Fox to the San Antonio Spurs, although it should be noted that newly acquired Zach LaVine has also been playing during his Sacramento tenure thus far. LaVine of course is paired with his former Chicago Bulls teammate DeMar DeRozan on the Kings.
Sacramento Kings center Domantas Sabonis left Saturday’s 113-103 victory over the Houston Rockets due to a hamstring injury. Sabonis grabbed his left hamstring while running the floor just over a minute into the game at Toyota Center in Houston. Interim Kings coach Doug Christie immediately called timeout as Sabonis limped off the floor.
