On Aug. 25, the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton offloaded the results of two months of drug trafficking interdictions: 61,130 pounds of cocaine.

The massive stash was enough “to fatally overdose the entire population of the state of Florida,” officials said.

The U.S. Coast Guard offloaded a record 61,740 pounds of cocaine and 14,400 pounds of marijuana in what officials called the largest drug seizure in its history.
