Maxine Waters (D-CA) said Thursday she believes President Donald Trump wants to stoke “violence,” and his endgame is a “civil war.” The California Democrat said multiple times at a conference for the Congressional Black Caucus that Trump had been planning for an armed conflict since well before last November’s election.
