College presidents faced off with lawmakers on Wednesday in an at-times contentious congressional hearing examining alleged antisemitism on campus.

The president of Haverford College was berated by Republican lawmakers in a congressional hearing on campus antisemitism Wednesday, with some suggesting the school should lose federal funding because of her refusal to discuss student discipline in the wake of pro-Palestinian protests.
