T.R. Miller and W.S. Neal have long been fierce rivals in the annual “Battle of Murder Creek,” but that never affected the relationship between two of the school’s most well-known head coaches.

Before he passed on Monday, Fountain served as the head football coach at W.S. Neal High School. Family, friends and football players gathered at the school for a celebration of his life.
