You can change notification sounds for emails and calendar events directly within the new Outlook app for Windows. In classic Outlook, you can choose whether to play a sound when a new email arrives.
Members of the Microsoft Teams public preview group can try out a new feature for the Windows and web versions of Teams that will let users set up custom sound notifications for different tasks.
