Families of hostages from Israel attended the inauguration parade, including several with family members still in captivity and others whose loved ones have died.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog is praising Donald Trump as a "true friend" of Israel, thanking him for his "commitment to bringing all our hostages home."

Donald Trump also boasted about how the Israel-Hamas war wouldn’t have started had he been the President instead of Joe Biden.
