The Yellowstone River at Glendive has broken a 102-year-old record for high water flows, adding more than 120,000 cubic feet per second since Friday.

A ruptured pipeline leaked up to 40,000 gallons of crude into the Montana Yellowstone River, contaminating the drinking water for the nearby town of Glendive.

The former executive director of the Glendive Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture has pleaded guilty to stealing $33,000 from the organization.
