College football players are reportedly getting a raise for appearing in EA Sports' next video game.The name, image and likeness payments will increase from $600 to $1,500 for Football Bowl Subdivision players who are included in the upcoming "College Football 26" release,

Alongside Miles Kitselman, Ethan Davis could still have a terrific career on Rocky Top. He is uber-athletic, and while he’s had to learn the nuances of in-line blocking, Davis is a great pass-catcher. He also was pretty strong on the basketball court.

As reported by The Athletic, EA sent emails to players on Tuesday that announced an increase in name, image and likeness (NIL) payments. Players will now receive $1,500 if they agree to allow their likeness to be used in EA College Football 26. This is more than double the $600 offered last year.
