Town Council told the owners of the Ambassador hotel that it would not review the proposal to replace the aging building until repairs are made.

The Palm Beach Town Council said they wouldn't review a proposal to replace the Ambassador hotel with ultra-luxe condo until the owners either evacuate or repair the deteriorated building.
