Flamengo have completed the signing of Lucas Paqueta from West Ham United. The Athletic reported on Monday that the clubs had reached an agreement in principle for the attacking midfielder after Flamengo made a new bid of €41.25million (£35.8m; $48.9m). West Ham had rejected two bids from Flamengo earlier in the January window.
