France have belief to go with their talent and, after righting the ship to beat Croatia and reach the UEFA Nations League finals, they can start to think about the World Cup.

The UEFA Nations League semifinals are locked in following the conclusion of the quarterfinals on Mar. 23. Germany was the only country to advance in regulation over two legs. The other three quarterfinals were tied on aggregate leading to extra time.

Scotland missed the chance to play in Group A of the Nations League next season after visitors Greece breezed past them 3-0 in their playoff second leg on Sunday for an aggregate 3-1 win.

Scotland hope to avoid Nations League relegation and remain in League A when they take on Greece for the second leg of their play-off tie today. Should they lose they will drop down into League B but avoiding defeat will make sure they remain in the Nations League top flight and face stronger opposition for the next campaign.
