A Tracy Police Department officer was arrested in north Stockton on suspicion of terrorist threats, stalking, vandalism, and disorderly conduct, law enforcement officials confirmed Monday.

SROs are sworn officers tasked with giving a law enforcement presence on campus to deter or identify trespassers, as well as handling any situations involving weapons or drugs. They are not involved with school rule violations, Tracy police's website explains.
