More than 1,000 Starbucks baristas at 75 U.S. stores have gone on strike since Sunday, protesting the coffee giant’s new dress code.

Starbucks employees are on strike at nearly 75 stores across the country over a newly implemented dress code that includes plain black t-shirts and khaki bottoms. NBC News' Adrienne Broaddus talks to some of the employees about why they're choosing to protest.
