Prince Andrew has suffered a fresh blow as a school named after the royal plans to change its name. The only secondary school on the remote British territory of St Helena is set to be renamed, moving away from its connection to the Duke of York due to "recent public controversy" and "negative media coverage.

Prince Andrew has gone. Since 2014, his royal visage has presided over Rathbone Street in Fitzrovia, on the hanging sign of the Duke of York pub. It has now been taken down, and the pub is closed for a refit. The controversial prince swings no more.
