Sweden clinched gold in the women’s relay at the Nordic World Ski Championships on Friday as Norway squandered a massive lead before the final exchange and had to settle for silver.

Frida Karlsson won the women's 50-kilometer cross country women's mass start race on Sunday to cap the Nordic world championships marked by hometown hero Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo of Norway winning all six races in which he competed.

Norway's ski jumping team wore manipulated suits during the Nordic world championships, a member of the country's ski federation said Sunday.
