Nintendo gave gamers a sneak peek at the Switch 2, but little else. Here's what the teaser video confirmed, plus the rumors still swirling around the upcoming console.

With this in mind, during the Q&A of Nintendo's latest financial results briefing, company president Shuntaro Furukawa reiterated how the service will "continue to be available for Nintendo Switch 2" while also mentioning how Nintendo will continue to "provide comprehensive services" to ensure users "enjoy their experience" with its hardware.

If we had to judge by the included diagrams, the trigger and bumper on each controller would act as the mouse click. Multiple included images show a hand with the thumb on the joystick. Multiple parts of the patent mention the use of the thumbstick, and we suspect it could act as the scroll wheel or serve some other scrolling function.
