Indiana men’s basketball coach Mike Woodson will be stepping down at the end of the season, the school announced on Friday.

Indiana Hoosiers coach Mike Woodson walked through the tunnel, down the line of student managers, trainers and assistant coaches and shook every person's hand Saturday. Then the dapper-looking soon-to-be ex-coach went back to work as if nothing had changed.

First, Jeff Goodman reported that Woodson was contemplating retirement, but there was nothing definitive in the initial reporting. Later that night, Jeff Rabjohns confirmed that Woodson wouldn't be returning next season, but it was unclear whether he would finish out the season as head coach.
