CLEVELAND, Ohio – Unless the Guardians win a World Series under their watch, I doubt the Dolan family will ever receive the credit they deserve.

Cleveland Guardians owner Larry Dolan has died at the age of 94, the club announced on Monday.  The Cleveland Guardians are saddened to announce the passing of Lawrence Dolan, owner of the Cleveland Guardians.

Lawrence J. Dolan, owner of Cleveland’s Major League Baseball team since 2000, has died at age 94. The Cleveland Guardians said in a statement Monday that Dolan died Sunday night of natural causes.
