Police Chief Keith Conley said surveillance video shows Adan Manzano and Danette Colbert in the French Quarter before the pair ended up in his Kenner hotel room. Conley said video shows Colbert leaving Manzano’s room alone.

Adan Manzano was in New Orleans to cover Super Bowl LIX, but the sports reporter was found dead in his hotel room before kickoff. Police are trying to figure out what happened and what, if anything, “a career criminal” police say is known to run fraud schemes in the city’s French Quarter had to do with his death.

A woman who allegedly had Adan Manzano's cellphone and credit card in her home was arrested on property offenses, police said.

As part of the ongoing investigation, detectives have seized multiple electronic devices connected to the case and reviewed security video.
