Fairfield National came up short against the Mountain Region champs from Nevada in the U.S. title at the Little League World Series Saturday

Despite a loss, crowds are feeling proud in Fairfield as hundreds gathered to watch the Fairfield National Little League team face off in the U.S. Championships.

The excitement at Elicit Brewing was palpable while Fairfield National played in the Little League U.S. Championship game.

Fairfield police said ICE officers helped arrest 34 individuals found “in and around” the Sabor Peruano restaurant on Dixie Highway.
