Another dangerous TikTok challenge has prompted urgent warnings from school districts and law enforcement agencies nationwide, and led to a 15-year-old New Jersey student being charged with arson.

The Chromebook Challenge, named for Google's line of laptops, encourages students to insert metal items into the USB port on their school-issued computers, intending to create sparks, smoke and possibly a fire.

School districts throughout the country are warning students against attempting a dangerous TikTok trend that could cause injury and damage.
