As Palestinians across the war-ravaged Gaza Strip marked the start of Eid al-Adha, Israeli forces continued military operations.

All Gaza aid distribution sites operated by the Israel- and US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) have been closed once again, the group announced Friday, citing safety concerns following days of violence near its facilities.

A U.S.- and Israeli-backed aid group has closed all food distribution centers in Gaza, citing repeated gunfire near delivery points.

They were trying to collect aid in Rafah, according to Gaza's health ministry. The IDF said 'details of the incident are being looked into.'

Israel is supplying weapons to a Palestinian gang in Gaza with the aim of destabilising Hamas, Benjamin Netanyahu said.
