I'm can't recommend any off hand. It's not exactly the most desirable area, though Columbia med center is there. I might look for somewhere on the upper west side that's near the 1 line subway, a or c line subway stops so that you can take the quick subway ride north and get off at 168th street and then you are a few blocks away from the park.
