Maybe the Embarcadero Station is the closest. I would google Bart stations. Parking is a problem. We prepaid online for a parking space at a parking lot on Broadway. It was within walking distance to the museum and City Lights Bookstore. But if you have a large SUV, they will want to charge you extra!
