Santa Angelina will be a vibrant senior community developed by National CORE, the Church of the Blessed Sacrament and Episcopal Communities & Services for Seniors in Placentia, California. The new community provides 65 affordable apartment homes to seniors age 62 or better who earn less than 60% of the area median income (AMI). Residents of Santa Angelina belong to an engaged, service-enriched village linked to the adjacent church and surrounding community through a network of paseos, plazas and courtyards. A 1,500-square-foot community center serves as a hub for events, supportive services and programs. Other onsite amenities include onsite laundry facilities, outdoor recreation areas and landscaped garden space.
