I would look at the Kent Ornithological Society website which gives you details of recent bird sightings. A pair of pintails were observed on October 23rd 2017, but as with all bird watching it is the time of day and the month or day of migration. The Kent wildlife trust will also have informaion of any sightings. Hope this helps.
